The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolvedtank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank.

Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will bedissolve out and form vast microbubble group, which will be fully contact theflocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent bypump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending microbubblegroup will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its densityreduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SSand CODcr etc.

DAF dissolved air floating machine Widely applied in: food and beverage industry, slaughtering & meat processing, papermaking textile printing dyeing, petrochemical, mechanical processing oily wastewater, municipal wastewater pretreatment, palm oil mill, fruit & vegetable processing wastewater treatment.

The DAF(Dissolved Air Flotation) system serves as efficient wastewater pretreatment equipment. Raw wastewater flows into the mixing‑coagulation tank. PAC chemicals are dosed by the PAC pump, and agitators complete mixing and coagulation reaction to form dense flocs.

After sufficient flocculation in Coagulation Tank A and B, water enters the dissolved air flotation chamber. The circulated‑water pressure pump and air compressor deliver water and air to the micro‑bubble generator, producing large quantities of fine micro‑bubbles.

Micro‑bubbles stick to flocs containing suspended solids, oil and grease, floating contaminants up to the water surface. The rising sludge removal device automatically scrapes away floating scum. Clean water passes through the water‑level adjustment device and discharges as treated water for subsequent water treatment processes.
