Working Principle

Our powerful packaged wastewater treatment system integrates multiple treatment processes into a compact, containerized wastewater treatment unit. The system can be customized according to the wastewater characteristics, discharge requirements, and project capacity, ensuring reliable performance and stable effluent quality.

Typical Treatment Process：

Wastewater Collection & Equalization

Wastewater enters the equalization tank, where the flow rate and pollutant concentration are balanced. This stage minimizes fluctuations in wastewater quality and provides stable operating conditions for the downstream treatment units.

Pretreatment

As wastewater composition varies, the pretreatment process may include screening, oil and grease removal, pH adjustment, coagulation, and flocculation. The specific process is designed according to your raw wastewater quality data to ensure optimal treatment performance.

Biological Treatment

After pretreatment, the wastewater enters the biological treatment section, where microorganisms degrade dissolved organic matter and nutrients.

Solid-Liquid Separation

After biological treatment, the activated sludge is separated from the treated water through sedimentation or membrane filtration, depending on the selected treatment process. The clarified water then enters the final polishing stage, while the remaining sludge is transferred to the sludge treatment system.

Sludge Treatment

The excess sludge collected in the previous stage is stored in the sludge tank and further processed using a filter press or multi-disc screw press to reduce sludge volume and simplify transportation and disposal.
