Expand to Southeast Asian market again! Four sets of sedimentation tanks + three sets of filter tanks are officially sent to Malaysia

Today, the production base has embarked on a new journey. Four sets of high-efficiency inclined tube sedimentation tanks and three multi-media filter tanks have been loaded into containers and shipped to Johor Industrial Zone in Malaysia. These equipment will be used to upgrade the local palm oil processing wastewater treatment system, marking another milestone in China's water treatment technology deeply participating in Southeast Asia's environmental infrastructure development.

1. Corrosion resistance enhancement

In view of the characteristics of high acid and high fat in palm oil wastewater, the sedimentation tank is lined with 316L stainless steel, and the filter tank body is coated with epoxy coal tar, which prolongs the service life by 10 years.

2. Intelligent linkage

The patented PLC control system of our company is used to realize automatic inter-control between sludge discharge of sedimentation tank and backwash of filter tank to reduce manual intervention.

3. Fast delivery capability

It only takes 45 days from order confirmation to shipping by sea. The modular design reduces the difficulty of on-site installation and saves 30% of the customer's construction period.
