A: Please provide us with your water source details, water quality parameters, flow rate requirements, and available ground

2. What are the payment terms?
A: We accept both T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). T/T is preferred. Payment structure:
30% deposit before production
70% balance payment before shipment
3. What is the delivery lead time?
A: Delivery time varies depending on order quantity. Typically, we complete orders within 4-6 weeks after receiving deposit.
4. What are the packaging standards?
A: Standard export packaging is included. Special packaging requests can be accommodated at additional cost (to be borne by customer).
