Working Process
The automatic dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous and inte-grated dry powder dissolution and dosing device. This device consists of a watersupply system, a dry powder dosing system, a dissolution and maturation system,and an automatic control system.Dry powder reagents enter the premixer from the lower part of the hopper and arepremixed with clean water. The moistened material then enters the preparation tankfor dilution and mixing, and is prepared at the concentration required by the user.The prepared solution flows from the preparation tank through the maturation tankand then into the storage tank. When the solution level drops to the low level, theautomatic batching process is started.
